Preheat the oven to 375. Place the pizza crusts on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
In a medium-sized bowl, combine tomatoes, onions, olive oil, garlic power, sea salt, oregano and basil. Set aside.
In a small sauce-pan on medium-heat, add 1/4 cup olive oil with the minced garlic cloves. Lightly cook for 5 minutes.
Remove the pizzas from the oven. Evenly spread the garlic and olive oil mixture onto the crusts.
Next, top with bruschetta. Place back into the oven for another 10 minutes to warm.
Drizzle with balsamic reduction.
