Ingredients

almond flour

maple syrup
1/2-1
tbs.
organic matcha

scoops
collagen powder
optional

cup
unsweetened coconut flakes
1
tsp.
vanilla

tbs.
coconut oil
melted
pinch
sea salt
coconut flakes for dusting
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
Turn the machine on high until the contents are well combined.
Using your hands, roll into balls.
Dip them into coconut flakes.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
These energy balls can also be frozen.
