Moringa Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream is the perfect refresher for a hot summers day. This version is dairy-free but full of flavour. The moringa powder gives the ice cream its beautiful green colour. Moringa is a plant that grows in the Himalayas in North India and has been used in traditional medicine for thousands of years. Scientists have just begun to study the medicinal benefits of moringa. Moringa comes with many benefits as it is packed full of antioxidants.
It also contains vitamins and minerals, including iron, riboflavin, magnesium, and vitamins A, B6, and C.Â
