Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a baking stone.
Wash the brussels sprouts and slice the ends off and then cut in half.
Place on the baking sheet and drizzle avocado oil over top.
Next, add salt and pepper, garlic, and balsamic.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Flipping throughout.
Add the pecans to the pan and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and serve.
