- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
- In a medium-sized casserole dish, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, sliced sweet potato, minced garlic and diced onion. Ensure that the vegetables and chicken are evenly distributed.
- Next, pour the chicken broth and coconut milk over the mixture.
- Add in the cassava flour, ghee, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and ginseng. Mix well.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
