Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
In a medium-sized casserole dish, combine the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, sliced sweet potato, minced garlic and diced onion. Ensure that the vegetables and chicken are evenly distributed.
Next, pour the chicken broth and coconut milk over the mixture.
Add in the cassava flour, ghee, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper and ginseng. Mix well.
Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
