In a medium sauce pan, heat the water until it comes to a simmer.
Add in the lemon juice and ginseng.
Turn off the heat and add in the raw honey until well combined.
Carefully, pour the mixture into a high speed blender. Add in the collagen and blend until smooth.
Pour the contents into a glass jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours to cool.
Garnish with lemon wedges, lime, oranges or fresh mint.
