Ginseng Lemonade

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups filtered water
  • 1 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 droppers Nutridom Canada Liquid Ginseng
  • 1 scoop Nutridom Canada Marine Collagen
  • 3 tbs. raw honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a medium sauce pan, heat the water until it comes to a simmer.
  • Add in the lemon juice and ginseng.
  • Turn off the heat and add in the raw honey until well combined.
  • Carefully, pour the mixture into a high speed blender. Add in the collagen and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the contents into a glass jar and refrigerate for a couple of hours to cool.
  • Garnish with lemon wedges, lime, oranges or fresh mint.
