Gut Healing Gummies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (or other berry of choice)
  • 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice
  • 1/4 cup Great Lakes grass-fed gelatin
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 2 tbs. honey or maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Place the berries, lemon juice and water into a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. In a small saucepan on medium heat, warm the mixture.
  3. Slowly add in the gelatin and mix until it has dissolved.
  4. Next, add in the sweetener until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mould or simply a small glass baking dish.
  6. Place in the fridge to set for 1 1/2 hours.
  7. Slice or pop out the gummies and enjoy!
