Healthy Avocado Fudgesicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 1/2 cup dairy-free milk coconut or almond
  • 4 tbs. cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch sea salt
Topping
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup granola

Method
 

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Pour contents into popsicle moulds.
  3. Place in the freezer over night.
Topping
  1. In a small sauceplan on medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil Let the mixture cool but not to the point of hardening.
  2. Dip the fudgesicles into the chocolate.
  3. Next, dip into the granola before the chocolate hardens.
