Healthy Avocado Fudgesicles

Ingredients

avocado

dairy-free milk
coconut or almond

cacao powder

maple syrup

vanilla
pinch
sea salt
Topping
1/4
cup
chocolate chips
melted
1
tsp.
coconut oil
melted
1/2
cup
granola
Instructions
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Pour contents into popsicle moulds.
Place in the freezer over night.
Topping
In a small sauceplan on medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil Let the mixture cool but not to the point of hardening.
Dip the fudgesicles into the chocolate.
Next, dip into the granola before the chocolate hardens.
