Healthy Avocado Fudgesicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large avocado
  • 1 1/2 cup dairy-free milk coconut or almond
  • 4 tbs. cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch sea salt

Topping

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 cup granola

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  • Pour contents into popsicle moulds.
  • Place in the freezer over night.

Topping

  • In a small sauceplan on medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil Let the mixture cool but not to the point of hardening.
  • Dip the fudgesicles into the chocolate.
  • Next, dip into the granola before the chocolate hardens.
