Method
- Preheat the oven to 400.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the salmon down on the pan skin side down.
- Add the salt, garlic, lemon juice, and dill to the salmon. Place the lemon slices on top.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Dill Cream Sauce
- In a small bowl, combine the mayo, dill and apple cider vinegar.
- Remove the salmon from the oven and top with the cream sauce.
