Moringa Snack Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 5 medjool dates pits removed
  • 1 tbs. Nutridom Canada's Moringa Powder
  • 3 tbs. maple syrup
  • 4 tbs. almond flour
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil melted

Toppings

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
 

  • Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a high-speed blender.
  • Scoop the mixture out and roll into 8 equal sized balls.
  • Roll each ball into the unsweetened coconut flakes.
  • Next, drizzle the melted chocolate over the balls.
  • Set in the fridge for an hour and enjoy. Store in a sealed glass container for a week.
