Line a muffin tin with paper. Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk dry ingredients. Combine well. Then add in the chopped peaches.
Pour into lined muffin tin. Bake for 25 minutes.
Drizzle
In a small sauce pan, combine the ingredients together except the peaches on medium heat. Stir to prevent sticking. Remove from the heat after a couple of minutes.
Place the sliced peaches on the top of the muffins and then drizzle with the cream sauce.
