Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Then add in the remaining wet ingredients and mix until well combined.
Preheat a large pan with coconut or avocado oil on medium heat.
Each pancake should be around 2 -3 tbs. of batter.
Fry on each side for a few minutes until the pancakes are golden.
Remove pancakes from the heat and top with coconut cream, unsweetened apple sauce, nuts or ghee.
