  • 1/2 large carrot peeled and sliced
  • 1 green onion chopped
  • 1/2 purple radish sliced
  • 1/4 cup microgreens
  • 1 tbs. sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. raw honey or maple syrup
  • 1 Tbs. dijob mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt & pepper
