Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 3 lbs. potatoes
  • 1 tbs. garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup ghee or coconut oil melted
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup bone broth
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 3 tbs. cassava flour
  • 1/3 cup nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tbs. rosemary dried
  • 1 dropper full of Nutridom Canada's Liquid Ginseng
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme dried

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375.
  2. Thinly slice your potatoes and mushrooms and place them in a large bowl. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Place the potatoes and mixture into a large casserole dish.
  4. Bake for 45 min. and enjoy.
