Vanilla Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbs. maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup almond milk
  • fresh fruit or nuts toppings

A variation to the recipe:

  • 2 Tbs. cocoa powder
  • dash cinnamon and nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix.
  • Pour mixture into a glass container or cup and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Remove from the fridge and top with berries and/or nuts.

Notes

Prepare this recipe overnight to have breakfast ready right away in the morning.
