Want to make some dairy-free pesto? It’s super simple and my entire family can’t get enough of it.
Ingredients:
2 packages of fresh basil leaves
2-3 garlic cloves
3/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup pecans, pine nuts or hemp hearts
juice of 1 lemon
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Top on warmed gluten-free pasta, zucchini noodles or spaghetti squash.
