A delicious blend of organic matcha, coconut, and sweet maple syrup. These Matcha Energy Balls are a perfect way to perk you up any time of the day! Plus, this recipe is quick and easy! It’s also refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and Paleo friendly.

Matcha Energy Balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 3 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1/2-1 tbs. organic matcha
  • 2 scoops collagen powder optional
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil melted
  • pinch sea salt
  • coconut flakes for dusting

Method
 

  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  2. Turn the machine on high until the contents are well combined.
  3. Using your hands, roll into balls.
  4. Dip them into coconut flakes.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
These energy balls can also be frozen.
