These Cinnamon Apple muffins are full of fresh apples and warm spices. Apple muffins are an easy-to-make, freezer-friendly, winter breakfast everyone will love!
Apple Cinnamon Muffin
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 2 tbs. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. ginger powder
- 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 scoop Nutridom Canada's Marine Collagen
- 2 eggs room temp.
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 drops Nutridom Canada's chaga
- 1 cup granny smith apples chopped, skin peeled
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and Chaga.
- Add the dry mix to the wet and mix well.
- Fold in the chopped apples.
- Pour the batter evenly into the liners. Bake for 20 minutes.
