Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 4 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 3 large eggs
- 3 droppers Nutridom Canada Ginseng
- 1/3 cup nut or seed butter
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 1 scoop Nutridom Canada's Marine Collagen
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Toppings
- 1 ripe banana
- 3-4 tbs. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas to a puree. Then combine all of the wet ingredients together.
- Next, add in the dry ingredients and mix well together.
- Pour the contents into the lined loaf pan.
- Slice a banana and place on top of the bread. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
- Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
