Chocolate Almond Truffles (Gluten-Free, Paleo)

Homemade Chocolate Truffles are SO EASY to make! You can get those decadent and creamy truffles at home with just a few simple ingredients.

Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 creamy almond butter (or nut butter of choice)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 3 tbs. raw honey
  • 2 tbs. coconut butter
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. Nutridom Canada's Ginseng Plus Liquid

Chocolate Glaze

  • 1/2 Tbs. coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp. cacao powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes toasted

Instructions
 

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine the creamy almond butter, coconut flour, raw honey, coconut butter, ginger, vanilla and Nutridom Canada’s Ginseng Plus Liquid. Mix until the batter is smooth and there are no clumps.
  • Form eight equal sized balls in your hands and place on a lined tray.
  • Next, in a small sauce-pan on medium heat, melt the coconut oil and combine with the cacao powder.
  • Turn off the heat and then dip each ball into the mixture and then dip into the toasted coconut flakes.
  • Place the balls back onto the lined tray and place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Enjoy!
