This delicious grain-free oatmeal with cinnamon apples is naturally sweetened and packed with healthy fat, fibre, and protein.
I can’t even begin to tell you how much I loveeeee a piping hot bowl of freshly cooked oatmeal. It makes me want to snuggle up on the couch and savour each and every bite. It’s especially yummy with cinnamon and apples on top. As much I love my usual bowl of oatmeal, I decided to switch things up and make a grain-free/paleo version of oatmeal. Since it’s grain free this ‘oatmeal’ actually doesn’t include oats at all. It’s made with all clean, good-for-you ingredients (lots of healthy fats and fibre), but truly tastes like oatmeal.
