Matcha Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 3 tbs. maple syrup
- 1/2-1 tbs. organic matcha
- 2 scoops collagen powder optional
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tbs. coconut oil melted
- pinch sea salt
- coconut flakes for dusting
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender.
- Turn the machine on high until the contents are well combined.
- Using your hands, roll into balls.
- Dip them into coconut flakes.
