Nourishing Bone Broth

Bone broth has been a huge part of my healing journey.

Adding bone broth into your diet is one of the best things you can do to improve your gut because of the collagen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Once a week, I roast a whole chicken and then use the bones to make a nourishing broth for my family. ⠀
