Strawberry Cinnamon Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 lbs. California Strawberries finely diced
- 2 Bartlett Pears peeled, cored and finely diced
- 2 Green delicious apples peeled, cored and finely diced
Strawberry Sauce
- 6 California Strawberries
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. raw honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
- 1.Finely dice the California Strawberries, pears and apples.
- 2.Place the fruit in a medium-sized bowl and set aside.
- 3.In a small sauce pan on medium heat, add 6 California Strawberries along with the raw honey and cinnamon.
- 4.While the strawberries heat up, use a masher to create a strawberry sauce. This process should take 5 minutes on the stove top.
- 5.Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the heat and let it cool.
- 6.Once the sauce has cooled, pour it over the fresh fruit and mix well.
- 7.Enjoy this California Strawberry Cinnamon Salsa with cinnamon chips.
