Apple Mango Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs. raw honey
  • 4 tbs. grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cup pure apple mango juice
  • 1 dropper liquid ginseng

Method
 

  1. In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine the juice and the gelatin together. Bring to a simmer and whisk well to avoid clumps.
  2. Turn the heat off and then add in the ginseng, apple cider vinegar and raw honey. Whisk to combine.
  3. Using a dropper, add the mixture to gummy molds.
  4. Place in the fridge and let them set for 15 -25 minutes.

Notes

These gummies should be stored in an air tight glass container in the fridge for up to a week.
