Method
- In a small saucepan on medium heat, combine the juice and the gelatin together. Bring to a simmer and whisk well to avoid clumps.
- Turn the heat off and then add in the ginseng, apple cider vinegar and raw honey. Whisk to combine.
- Using a dropper, add the mixture to gummy molds.
- Place in the fridge and let them set for 15 -25 minutes.
Notes
These gummies should be stored in an air tight glass container in the fridge for up to a week.
