In a large dish, combine the chicken and the marinade ingredients.
Keep in the fridge overnight or for at least an hour.
Turn your grill on to medium heat.
Place the chicken breasts onto the grill. Add the remaining marinade on top of the chicken 1 tbs. at a time as it cooks to take on more flavour.
Cook the chicken 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink.
Slice and top with the fresh basil.
