Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tbs. chia seeds
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 dropper Nutridom Canada's Liquid Ginseng
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • handful fresh blueberries
  • granola optional

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk and ginseng together. Store in the fridge for a few hours to thicken or leave overnight.
  2. Add the frozen blueberries to a small saucepan on low-medium heat. Heat the berries to make a delicious sauce.
  3. Top the chia pudding with the berry sauce, fresh blueberries and granola.
