Method
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds. Blend until ground.
- Pour the mixture into a large glass jar and add the chia seeds, almond milk and cinnamon.
- Place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
- Top with pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs and almond butter.
