Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 4 radishes sliced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • 2-3 large pickles cliced
  • 1 tbs. dijon mustard
  • 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar or pickle juice
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 cup Chosen Foods Mayo
  • 2 tsp. dill
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Peel and boil the potatoes until they are soft. Remove from the water and let cool.
  2. Chop the potatoes. Combine all ingredients together in a large bowl.
