Pumpkin Pie Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
  

Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup cauliflower steamed
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Toppings

  • coconut whip or kefir
  • raw pumpkin seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • pecans chopped
  • cinnamon
  • unsweetened coconut flakes
  • almond butter

Instructions
 

Smoothie

  • Combine all of the smoothie ingredients into your Vitamix and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour contents into a bowl.

Toppings

  • Top your bowl with coconut whip or kefir, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, pecans, cinnamon and coconut flakes
