Instructions
Smoothie
Combine all of the smoothie ingredients into your Vitamix and blend on high until smooth.
Pour contents into a bowl.
Toppings
Top your bowl with coconut whip or kefir, almond butter, pumpkin seeds, pecans, cinnamon and coconut flakes
