In a small sauce-pan on medium heat, add the coconut milk, water, vanilla, maple syrup, ginseng and bring to a simmer.
Using a whisk, slowly add in the gelatin. Next, slowly add in the collagen breaking down any clumps.
Pour the liquid into a gummy mold and place in the fridge to set for 20 minutes.
Raspberry Lemon Layer
Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender until smooth.
Rinse the sauce pan out and place back on the stove top on medium heat.
Pour the liquid into the sauce pan and bring to a simmer for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and pour the liquid into the same gummy mold creating a second layer.
Place the mold back into the fridge for another 20 minutes.
