Raspberry Lemon Coconut Gut Gummies

Ingredients
  

Coconut Layer
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbs. maple syrup
  • 3 droppers of Nutridom Canada's Liquid Ginseng
  • 1 scoop grass-fed gelatin
  • 1 scoop Nutridom Canada's Marine Collagen
Raspberry Lemon Layer
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 tsp. beetroot powder optional for colour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3 tbs. maple syrup
  • 1 scoop grass-fed gelatin

Method
 

  1. In a small sauce-pan on medium heat, add the coconut milk, water, vanilla, maple syrup, ginseng and bring to a simmer.
  2. Using a whisk, slowly add in the gelatin. Next, slowly add in the collagen breaking down any clumps.
  3. Pour the liquid into a gummy mold and place in the fridge to set for 20 minutes.
Raspberry Lemon Layer
  1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. Rinse the sauce pan out and place back on the stove top on medium heat.
  3. Pour the liquid into the sauce pan and bring to a simmer for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat and pour the liquid into the same gummy mold creating a second layer.
  4. Place the mold back into the fridge for another 20 minutes.
