coconut oil
melted & room temp.

honey or monk fruit sweetener

strawberries (fresh or frozen)
chopped, room temp.

cup
rhubarb
chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place muffin liners in your pan.
Combine all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl. Make sure there are no clumps.
Pour the batter into the muffin liners.
Bake in the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes.
