In a medium-sized pot on medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Break the meat up into chunks.
Add in the chopped onion and garlic and lightly cook for a few minutes.
Next, add in the broth, chopped kale, cauliflower rice, butternut squash, sea salt, oregano, cumin, black pepper, turmeric and Nutridom Canada’s Ginseng Plus Liquid.
Turn the heat up to allow the soup to come to a simmer. Allow the soup to simmer for 20 minutes. Add additional water if needed and top with cilantro.
