- In a medium-sized pot on medium-high heat, cook the ground turkey until no longer pink. Break the meat up into chunks.
- Add in the chopped onion and garlic and lightly cook for a few minutes.
- Next, add in the broth, chopped kale, cauliflower rice, butternut squash, sea salt, oregano, cumin, black pepper, turmeric and Nutridom Canada’s Ginseng Plus Liquid.
- Turn the heat up to allow the soup to come to a simmer. Allow the soup to simmer for 20 minutes. Add additional water if needed and top with cilantro.
