Apple Cinnamon Muffins

These Cinnamon Apple muffins are full of fresh apples and warm spices. Apple muffins are an easy-to-make, freezer-friendly, winter breakfast everyone will love!

Apple Cinnamon Muffin

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup arrowroot flour
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 tbs. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ginger powder
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 scoop Nutridom Canada's Marine Collagen
  • 2 eggs room temp.
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3 drops Nutridom Canada's chaga
  • 1 cup granny smith apples chopped, skin peeled

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin liners.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, mix the eggs, maple syrup, vanilla and Chaga.
  • Add the dry mix to the wet and mix well.
  • Fold in the chopped apples.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the liners. Bake for 20 minutes.
