Super moist, EASY, and delicious, this is the Best Grain-Free Banana Bread recipe ever! It’s our favourite way to use up overripe bananas and it freezes really well too!

Banana Bread

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 droppers Nutridom Canada Ginseng
  • 1/3 cup nut or seed butter
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 scoop Nutridom Canada's Marine Collagen
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Toppings

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3-4 tbs. chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas to a puree. Then combine all of the wet ingredients together.
  • Next, add in the dry ingredients and mix well together.
  • Pour the contents into the lined loaf pan.
  • Slice a banana and place on top of the bread. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes.
