Homemade holiday sweets do not get any easier to make than this Peppermint White Chocolate Bark. This refreshing peppermint bark is so good you will want to make a double batch! Give it as a tasty holiday gift, or indulge in a special holiday treat yourself! This peppermint bark is also dairy and refined-sugar-free!
I added a couple of drops of Young Living’s Peppermint+ essential oil. This oil is safe for consumption and also has many benefits such as aiding in digestion.

Peppermint White Chocolate – Dairy-free
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut butter melted
- 1/3 cup cacao butter melted
- 1-2 tsp. raw honey
- 2-3 drops Peppermint+ Essential Oil (Young Living)
Instructions
- Using a double boiler, melt the coconut butter and the cacao butter. Ensure that the items are measured once they are melted and not in solid form.
- Turn the heat off once they have both melted.
- Stir in the raw honey until combined.
- Add the drops of Peppermint+ essential oil.
- Line an 8×10 pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted ingredients into the pan.
- Store in the fridge for 30 minutes to set.
Optional Colouring
- Red: Wash and peel a small beet and boil 1/4 of it for 10 minutes.
- Take 1-2 tsp. of the water and drizzle is over the chocolate before you have set it in the fridge to harden.
- Green: Mix 1/4 tsp. of spirulina with 1 Tbs. of water and drizzle over the chocolate before it has hardened.
