Plantains have easily become my new go-to snack.
Not only are they delicious, but they offer many health benefits!

This recipe is quick and healthy!
Plantains help me forget about chips which are my most favourite snack in the world!
Quick Salsa Recipe:
4 tomatoes, chopped
½ cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
½ red onion, chopped
1 avocado, diced
Combine ingredients in a bowl. Want to spice it up? Add a jalapeno or red chili flakes too!
For the plantain: Heat avocado oil in a pan on medium heat. Peel and thinly slice the plantain. Place the plantain slices in the pan.
Cook for a few minutes until they look golden and then flip to the other side for another few minutes.
Remove from the pan and sprinkle a little sea salt on them. Dip into the salsa salad and enjoy a healthy snack!
