This paleo porridge recipe will totally transform your mornings. It’s super quick, easy, and versatile, as well as perfectly crunchy and naturally a bit sweet. Ready in about 3 minutes and made from whatever nuts, seeds, and fruit that you have on hand. Vegan, raw, and gluten and grain-free, too. Perfect for meal prep!
Can I heat up overnight grain-free porridge?
You can enjoy this overnight porridge warm or cold.
Prepare the porridge as instructed, and add an extra 1/4 cup of dairy-free milk. Mix in a small saucepan for 1-2 minutes.
If the hot cereal is too thin, add extra chia seeds to thicken.

Raw pumpkin seeds
Coconut Flakes
Flax seeds
Chia seeds

Grain-free Cereal with Pomegranates
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 2 tbs. flax seed
- 4 tbs. chia seeds
- 3 cups almond milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 tbs. pomegranate seeds
- 3 tbs. cacao nibs
- 3 tbs. almond butter or another nut/seed butter
Instructions
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add the almonds, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds. Blend until ground.
- Pour the mixture into a large glass jar and add the chia seeds, almond milk and cinnamon.
- Place in the fridge overnight or for a few hours.
- Top with pomegranate seeds, cacao nibs and almond butter.
