Creamy, delicious homemade dairy-free fudgesicles!! Summer is coming and it’s time to start loading up on the cold, refreshing treats. But don’t get me wrong, even on a cold day these fudgesicles are pretty dang tasty! These healthy fudgesicles are an easy, quick treat that both adults and kids will love. I couldn’t even resist eating an entire popsicle before taking these photos. OOPS! But seriously, these things are good! I love how simple the ingredients are.

My son couldn’t get enough of these treats and to be honest, neither could I!

I used Camino unsweetened chocolate chips.

Healthy Avocado Fudgesicles
Ingredients
- 1 large avocado
- 1 1/2 cup dairy-free milk coconut or almond
- 4 tbs. cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- pinch sea salt
Topping
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
- 1 tsp. coconut oil melted
- 1/2 cup granola
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Pour contents into popsicle moulds.
- Place in the freezer over night.
Topping
- In a small sauceplan on medium heat, melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil Let the mixture cool but not to the point of hardening.
- Dip the fudgesicles into the chocolate.
- Next, dip into the granola before the chocolate hardens.
