Ingredients: 4 cups mixed greens; 1/2 large carrot (peeled and sliced); 1 green onion (chopped); 1/2 purple radish (sliced); 1/4 cup microgreens; 1 tbs. sesame seeds; 3/4 cup olive oil; 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar; 1 Tbs. raw honey or maple syrup; 1 Tbs. dijob mustard; 1/2 tsp. dried basil; 1 clove garlic (minced); salt & pepper

I really couldn’t figure out what to call this salad. Superfood salad? Everyday salad? I landed on Everyday Rainbow Salad because a. you should aim to eat a big salad every day and b. this salad is bright and colourful, just like a rainbow.
