This healthy strawberry chia jam will quickly become your go-to morning spread because it’s super healthy and doesn’t have added sugar!
Why are chia seeds so dang good?

Chia seeds are loaded with fibre, protein and healthy omega-3 fats!
Are you excited to make this strawberry jam now?!
Here is how to do it:
Ingredients:
3 cups fresh or frozen strawberries (or another berry of choice)
3 Tbs. chia seeds
2 Tbs. freshly squeezed lemon
Directions:
In a saucepan, add the berries on medium heat until they begin to bubble.
Using a fork, mash the berries to desired consistency.
Turn off the heat and add in the chia seeds and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.
Let the jam sit for 15 minutes to thicken up.
Store in the fridge for a week and enjoy some gluten-free/grain-free toast!
