Sweet Potato Shepherd’s Pie

This recipe is sooooo good and super easy!⁣

Loaded with veggies, spices and organic protein.⁣



Recipe:⁣

Ingredients:⁣
3 large sweet potatoes⁣
3 large carrots, chopped⁣
3 celery ribs, chopped⁣
6 asparagus, chopped⁣
1 zucchini, chopped⁣
4 garlic cloves, minced⁣
¼ onion, diced⁣
1 Lbs. organic ground beef⁣
1/3 cup coconut aminos⁣
1 tsp. dried oregano⁣
1 tsp. dried basil⁣
1 tsp. red pepper flakes (optional)⁣
½ tsp. sea salt⁣
avocado oil for frying⁣

Directions:⁣

Preheat the oven to 425 F.⁣

Place the sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes or until soft.⁣

Sauté carrots, celery, asparagus, zucchini, garlic, and onion in avocado oil on medium-high heat until soft.⁣

In a separate pan, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. ⁣

Combine the beef with the vegetables and add in the spices. ⁣

Place the mixture in a 9×13 pan.⁣

Once the sweet potato is done, scoop it out on top of the veggie mixture and smooth it out. You can add ghee or coconut oil if you wish!⁣

Place back in the oven for 15 minutes and serve!⁣
