Grilled basil chicken, sweet pineapple, avocados, blueberries, pumpkin seeds and the BEST tangy citrus vinaigrette turn this grilled chicken salad into a hearty and tasty meal you’ll put on repeat all summer long.

Ingredients
Method
- Combine dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth. Store in a glass mason jar with a lid for up to 7 days.
- In a large bowl or plate, add the mixed greens, pineapple, avocado, red onion, blueberries, and pumpkin seeds.
- Follow the instructions for the grilled chicken linked above. Once cooked, slice and place on top of the salad.
- Top with chopped fresh basil.
- Drizzle with as much dressing as desired.
