It’s simply delicious and made with a handful of whole food ingredients, including tigernut flour (prebiotics), coconut butter and oil (healthy fats), collagen (great for the gut), and date sugar (fibre). It’s taste, so easy to make, and comes together in minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup coconut butter softened
  • 3/4 cup tigernut flour
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1 tbs. date sugar
  • 3 tbs. filtered water
  • 1 tbs. coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbs. chocolate chips
  • pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl. Once combined, then fold in the chocolate chips and enjoy!
