Rosemary Cranberry Goat Cheese
Ingredients
- 300 g soft goat cheese
- 2 tbs. unsweetened dried cranberries finely chopped
- 1 tbs. fresh rosemary finely chopped
- 2 tbs. raw pecans or walnuts finely chopped
Instructions
- Lay a large sheet of parchment paper down on a flat surface. Place the chopped cranberries, rosemary and walnuts onto the paper. Roll the goat cheese into the mixture until it is well coated. Enjoy the goat cheese on the flatbread!
