The easiest Thai Chicken ever! This sauce has incredible flavour and there is no need to marinade. These juicy chicken thighs are cooked in one pan in about 40 minutes. Temptingly flavourful and spicy!

Thai Chicken
Ingredients
- 6 chicken thighs
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 1 lime juiced
- 4 tbs. full-fat coconut milk
- 2 tbs. coconut aminos
- 2 tsp. ginger grated
- 2 tbs. hot sauce optional
- 3 droppers Nutridom Canada Liquid Ginseng
- 1 scoop Nutridom Canada Collagen
Optional sides
- rice, lime wedges, cucumber, cilantro, toasted cashews, red pepper, grated carrot
Instructions
- In a highspeed blender, combine all of the ingredients except the chicken thighs. Blend for a minute until smooth.
- In a medium bowl, pour the sauce over the chicken thighs until well coated.
- Place the chicken into the air fryer and cook at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on each side. *This may vary depending on the machine you have. Alternatively, you can bake the chicken thighs at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and then broil for 5 minutes to crisp them up.
- Once the chicken has cooked, serve on rice or cauliflower rice with a side of vegetables.
