A delicious blend of moringa, coconut, dates and chocolate. These Moringa Snack Balls are a perfect way to perk you up any time of the day! Plus, this recipe is quick and easy! It’s also refined sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and Paleo friendly.

Moringa Snack Balls

Servings: 8 balls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 5 medjool dates pits removed
  • 1 tbs. Nutridom Canada's Moringa Powder
  • 3 tbs. maple syrup
  • 4 tbs. almond flour
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbs. coconut oil melted
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a high-speed blender.
  2. Scoop the mixture out and roll into 8 equal sized balls.
  3. Roll each ball into the unsweetened coconut flakes.
  4. Next, drizzle the melted chocolate over the balls.
  5. Set in the fridge for an hour and enjoy. Store in a sealed glass container for a week.
