This recipe is great to have as a side when you need something quick and healthy. I love to throw brussels sprouts and pecans on top of my salad when I need a little more substance.
Brussels sprouts are a great way to add fibre to your diet. The fibre will help to feed the good bacteria in your gut leading to good poops!
They are also a great source of antioxidants, vitamin C and K.
