Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 6 tbs. chia seeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 dropper Nutridom Canada's Liquid Ginseng
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- handful fresh blueberries
- granola optional
Instructions
- In a mason jar, combine the chia seeds, coconut milk and ginseng together. Store in the fridge for a few hours to thicken or leave overnight.
- Add the frozen blueberries to a small saucepan on low-medium heat. Heat the berries to make a delicious sauce.
- Top the chia pudding with the berry sauce, fresh blueberries and granola.

I used Cha’s Organic coconut milk in the can. I made sure that some of the liquid from the can was added too. I think carton would work too it just wouldn’t be as creamy/thick. Depends on your preference 🙂
