Moringa Snack Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 5 medjool dates pits removed
- 1 tbs. Nutridom Canada's Moringa Powder
- 3 tbs. maple syrup
- 4 tbs. almond flour
- pinch sea salt
- 2 tbs. coconut oil melted
Toppings
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips melted
- 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a high-speed blender.
- Scoop the mixture out and roll into 8 equal sized balls.
- Roll each ball into the unsweetened coconut flakes.
- Next, drizzle the melted chocolate over the balls.
- Set in the fridge for an hour and enjoy. Store in a sealed glass container for a week.
